The Result
What This Project Was
I built Elevare Marketplace to give real estate operations a polished public-facing destination instead of relying on scattered PDFs, chat threads, or low-trust listing pages. The product had to support discovery, property detail pages, lead capture, and branded presentation without sacrificing operational control. The goal was to create a marketplace that looked premium, stayed synchronized with internal listing data, and remained easy for non-technical staff to operate.
The Main Problem
Real estate teams often publish listings from inconsistent source material, which creates broken trust, weak SEO coverage, and slow lead follow-up. Generic listing portals also make properties feel commoditized and rarely give operations teams good control over quality standards. The platform needed a structured way to filter incomplete records, answer buyer questions without hallucinating, and push inquiries into the active sales pipeline.
The Key Turning Point
The highest leverage improvement was not just adding more listings, but raising listing quality and reducing friction between discovery and inquiry. By validating records before publication, summarizing dense listing content into decision-ready language, and keeping the chatbot restricted to verified property facts, the marketplace becomes both more trustworthy and more conversion-friendly.
What I Built
The result is a React and TypeScript marketplace with branded discovery pages, AI-backed summaries, property-specific chat, and lead capture flows for inquiries and visit scheduling. Listing readiness rules keep weak records out of the public experience, while operational routing connects every serious interaction to the sales process. This made the marketplace useful for buyers, support staff, and internal listing managers at the same time.
